中西医结合方案对放疗所致白细胞减少症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中西医结合方案(补中益气汤+重组人粒细胞刺激因子)对肿瘤患者放疗所致白细胞减少症的临床疗效.方法 选取泰州市人民医院肿瘤科2016年5月至2018年6月收治的100例放疗所致白细胞减少的肿瘤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例.对照组予单药重组人粒细胞刺激因子(rhG-CSF)治疗,治疗组在对照治疗措施基础上服用补中益气汤,比较2组白细胞计数、中医证候积分及总积分.结?果 治疗组白细胞计数增加量,明显多于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,各项中医证候积分及总积分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);药物治疗后,治疗组患者的中医症候积分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗治疗放疗所致白细胞减少症疗效显著.Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine(Buzhong Yiqi Decoction+recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor)on leukopenia induced by radiotherapy in tumor patients.Methods From May 2016 to June 2018,100 patients with leukopenia caused by radiotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 50 cases.The control group was treated with rhG CSF alone,and the treatment group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control measures.The leukocyte count,TCM syndrome score and total score of the two groups were compared.Results The increase of leukocyte count in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and total score between the two groups(P>0.05).After drug treatment,the score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect in treating leukopenia caused by radiotherapy.
