摘 要:将皂角籽的95%乙醇黄酮提取物设为低、中、高3个剂量,阳性组、正常组,给小鼠每天灌胃1次,连续14d。末次给药后,眼球取血,摘除肝脏和脑。探讨皂角籽中的总黄酮在小鼠体内的抗氧化活性。结果表明,与正常组相比,高剂量的皂角籽总黄酮提取物能提高小鼠体内的T-SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活性,降低MDA水平,表明皂角籽总黄酮提取物具有较好的抗氧化作用。The 95%ethanol flavonoid extract of gleditsia sinensis seeds was set as low,medium and high doses,and mice were given intragastric administration once a day for 14 days.After the last administration,blood was taken from the eyeball and the liver and brain were removed,the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids in Gleditsia seed in mice was investigated.The results showed that compared with the normal group,the high-dose total flavonoids extract of gleditsia seed could improve the activity of T-SOD,CAT,GSH PX and reduce the level of MDA in mice,which indicated that the total flavonoids extract of gleditsia seed had better antioxidant effect.
