中西医结合护理干预白内障超声乳化吸出术及人工晶状体植入术后临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合护理对白内障超声乳化吸出术及人工晶状体植入术患者的效果。方法:将进行白内障超声乳化吸出术及人工晶状体植入术的白内障患者88例随机分为2组,对照组44例患者采用常规护理,观察组44例患者采用中西医结合护理;观察比较2组患者护理前后不良情绪、疼痛情况;2组术后单眼视力恢复情况、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,2组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组术后单眼视力提高>0.2、>0.3、>0.5的比例均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为3.22%,对照组为16.40%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度观察组为95.45%,对照组为70.45%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理对白内障超声乳化吸出术及人工晶状体植入术后患者的护理效果显著,可有效改善患者不良情绪,减轻其疼痛,提高患者视力水平,且术后并发症较少,从而获得良好护理满意度。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing for patients aftercataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods:Divided 88 cases of patients with cataract undergoing cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation into two groups randomly,44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing.Observed and compared the negative emotions and pain in both groups before and after nursing;the recovery of monocular vision,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction degree of nursing in both groups after operation.Results:After nursing intervention,the scores of SDS,SAS and VAS in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and all each score in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the proportions of the postoperative improvements of>0.2,>0.3,>0.5 on monocular vision were obviously higher than those in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 3.22%in the observation group and 16.40%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing was 95.45%in the observation group and 70.45%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing has significant nursing effect on patients undergoing cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,which can effectively improve negative emotions,alleviate pain and enhance visual acuity.It has lower incidence of postoperative complications,thus to obtain good satisfaction degree of nursing.
