摘 要:目的:探讨标准化病人联合“互联网+”多学科教学的方法在静脉治疗专科护士培训中的效果。方法:选择四川省人民医院静脉治疗专科护士学员33名为研究对象,随机分为A组17人,B组16人,分别采用标准化病人联合“互联网+”多学科教学、传统带教的临床教学。在学员结束实习时进行理论知识、操作考核,满意度调查,并将结果进行比较分析。结果:在理论考核的案例分析部分,A组得分为(23.78±1.76)高于B组得分(18.35±1.09);操作考核部分,A组得分(94.97±1.37)高于B组得分(90.79±1.59)。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组满意度调查结果显示没有差异。结论:标准化病人联合“互联网+”多学科教学有助于增强静疗专科护士的综合学习和临床实践能力。[Objective]Toexplore the effect of standardized patient teaching metho ds in training of intravenous therapy specialist nurses.[Method]A total of 33 students from the Department of Vascular Therapy in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into 17 in Group A and 16 in Group B.They were taught with standardized patients combined with"Internet+"multidisciplinary teaching and traditional teaching.At the end of the internship,the theoretical knowledge,operational assessment,satisfaction survey,and comparative analysis of the results were conducted.[Result]In case analysis of the theoretical assessment,the score of group A was(23.78±1.76),the score of group B was(18.35±1.09).In operation assessment,the score of group A was(94.97±1.37),and the score of group B was(90.79±1.59).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction survey results of the two groups showed no difference.[Conclusion]Standardized patients combined with"Internet+"multidisciplinary teaching will enhance the comprehensive learning and clinical practice skills of intravenous nursing specialist nurse students.
