摘　　要：汽车发动机用发电机由两个主要核心部件组成,分别是调节器和整流桥。在发电机开始工作时,调节器起到调节电压的作用,为发电机输出符合要求的电压参数提供有力保障。调节器的功能失效会直接导致发电机功能失效,本文对汽车发电机用调节器的常见失效模式进行总结和分析,并针对具体失效模式进行专业的控制措施论述。The generator for automobile engine is composed of two main core parts:regulator and rectifier bridge.When the generator starts to work,the regulator plays the role of regulating the voltage,providing a strong guarantee for the generator output to meet the required voltage parameters.The function failure of the regulator will directly lead to the function failure of the generator.This paper summarizes and analyzes the common failure modes of the regulator for the automobile generator,and discusses the professional control measures for the specific failure modes.
