摘　　要：在汽车行驶过程中,电喇叭可以警告车辆和行人,保证交通安全。本文结合机械喇叭出现的售后故障——触点烧蚀、进水问题进行分析,阐述电喇叭的设计要领,为后续主机厂对汽车电喇叭的设计提供参考。During the driving of the automobile,the electric horn can warn the other vehicle and the pedestrian to ensure the traffic safety.This paper expounds the design essentials through failure analysis of automobile electric horn,such as contact ablation and water intake problem,which can provide reference for the horn arrangement.
