装载机动臂有限元计算的边界条件分析

摘　　要：装载机动臂边界条件的确定是进行装载机动臂有限元计算的前提,从装载机工作装置的机构形式及其工作原理入手,分析动臂在工作期间可能会出现的受力恶劣工况。运用刚体平衡原理和力线平移定理,分析并给出一种在受力恶劣工况下确定和计算装载机动臂边界条件的方法。It is a precondition to confirm a loaders arm through computation with finite elements to configure the loader arm’s boundary condition. Therefore, it has to begin with type of the loaders equipment and working principles, before analyzing the arms severe stress operational conditions which possibly happens during a wok cycle. So that it has to analyze and give a confirmation and calculation on the arms boundary condition by using balance principles of the cylinder body under severe stress conditions.
