农业科研基地创新文化建设的实践与思考——以河南现代农业研究开发基地为例

摘　　要：农业科研基地是科技创新、成果转化和现代农业展示的重要平台.文章以河南现代农业研究开发基地为例,从其创新文化建设入手,阐述了农业科研基地创新文化建设的内涵要求,分析了创新文化建设的基本作用,总结了农业科研基地创新文化建设的探索和实践,并提出了领导重视、合理规划、创新载体、保障有力等加强农业科研基地创新文化建设的建议.Agricultural research base is an important platform for scientific and technological innovation,achievement transformation and modern agriculture display.Taking Henan Research and Development Base of Modern Agriculture as a case,and starting from the construction of innovation culture in scientific research base,the connotation requirements of innovative culture construction were expounded and its four basic functions analyzed.The practice and exploration process of innovation culture construction was summarized.Suggestions on strengthening innovative culture construction in scientific research base were put forward,such as leaders′attention,properly planning,innovating carriers,and powerful guarantee,etc.
