摘 要:“双主体”论是教师和学生从事教学活动的理论依据,其中教师和学生作为教与学的双主体的集合是其理论要旨。鉴于研究生以学术科研为主的学习特点,研究生学习力应着重表现为科研学习力,具体地包括学习动力及学习持久力、学习能力、学习道德力和学习创新力。以“双主体”论为理论基础,通过导师和研究生对“学习力”不同层次的引领与自觉、启发与自主、教化与内化、培育与锻炼,是破解当前在研究生培养过程中存在的研究生主体地位消弭、师生互动缺失、师生关系异化,以及研究生自主学习能力差、学习动机不强等现实困境的路径选择。The theory of double subjects is the theoretical basis for teachers and students to engage in teaching activities,and the combination of teachers and students as the two subjects of teaching and learning is its theoretical gist.In view of the learning characteristics of graduate students academic research-based learning,the learning ability of graduate students should focus on scientific research learning ability,including learning motivation,learning persistence,learning ability,learning morality and learning innovation.Based on the theory of double subjects,through the guidance and consciousness,inspiration and autonomy,education and internalization,cultivation and exercise of different levels of learning ability by tutors and graduate students,this paper tries to solve the problems existing in the process of cultivating graduate students,such as the elimination of the main status of graduate students,the lack of interaction between teachers and students,the alienation of teacher-student relationship,as well as the poor ability of self-regulated learning and weak learning motivation of graduate students.
