摘　　要：创新创业教育融入职业能力教育是提升高职院校人才培养质量的重要途径。当前课程体系建设、实践教学体系建设、师资队伍建设等方面存在的问题,是高职院校创新创业教育融入职业能力教育亟待解决的主要问题。转变教育教学理念,探索提升创新创业教育融入职业能力教育实效的有效途径,对于推进高等职业教育教学改革和提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into vocational ability education is an important way to improve the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges.The problems existing in the current curriculum system construction,practice teaching system construction,and teaching staff construction are the main problems that need to be solved in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into vocational ability education in higher vocational colleges.It is of great significance to change the concept of education and teaching,and to explore ways to improve the effectiveness of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into vocational ability education,so as to promote the reform of higher vocational education and teaching and improve the quality of talents training.
