摘　　要：公寓住宿环境对大学生成长、成才有着极为重要的作用,创造和谐、温馨和安全的公寓环境是新时代公寓管理的一项重要任务。高校公寓管理可以从组织建设、队伍建设和活动开展等几个方面进行探索。Apartment accommodation environment plays an extremely important role in the growth and success of college students.Creating a harmonious,warm and safe apartment environment is an important task of apartment management in the new era.The management of apartments in colleges and universities can be explored from the aspects of organization construction,team construction and activities development.
