血清Cyfra21-1、CA125、CEA水平检测对食管癌诊断的意义分析

摘　　要：目的探究血清Cyfra21-1、CA125、CEA水平检测对食管癌诊断的临床意义。方法研究对象选取为2017年4月-2019年7月平舆县中心医院肿瘤内科收治的84名食管癌患者,设为观察组,选取同期的80名健康体检者作为对照组,两组受检者均采用电化学发光免疫实验进行外周血清Cyfra21-1、CA125、CEA水平检测,对比两组水平差异,并对观察组组内不同临床分期患者的Cyfra21-1、CA125、CEA水平差异进行对比分析。结果观察组的Cyfra21-1、CA125、CEA水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);不同临床分期的食管癌患者之间,Cyfra21-1、CA125、CEA水平存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者外周血清的Cyfra21-1、CA125、CEA水平与健康体检者均存在显著差异,且不同临床分期食管癌患者间也存在显著差异,三种指标可作为食管癌诊断的参考依据。Objective To investigate the value of serum detection of Cyfra21-1、CA125、CEA in esophageal carcinoma diagnosis.Methods 84 patients who diagnosed with esophageal carcinoma in medical oncology department of the Pingyu County Central Hospital from April 2017 to July 2019 were selected as study group and 80 of healthy volunteers were taken as control group.Electrochemiluminescence method was used to detect serum tumor markers Cyfra21-1、CA125、CEA and the level difference of test items were evaluated between two groups as well as among the patients with different clinical stages in the study group.Results The serum level of Cyfra21-1、CA125、CEA of study group were both significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in Cyfra21-1,CA125 and CEA levels among patients in study group at different clinical stages(P<0.05).Conclusion There are statically differences in the levels of Cyfra21-1,CA125 and CEA not only in patients with esophageal carcinoma and healthy subjects,but also among patients with esophageal carcinoma in different clinical stages,which can serve as evidence for the clinical reference of those detection targets.
