摘　　要：目的比较《中国人手腕骨发育标准-中华05》法里RUS-CHN法、TW3C-Carpal法和TW3RUS法三种骨龄评估法在儿童中的一致性以及与生活年龄相关性.方法选取2016年8月至2019年5月泸州市妇幼保健院就诊的259例儿童.由一名专业骨龄评定医生评定骨成熟度的等级,利用软件通过公式和数据库对比RUS-CHN、TW3C-Carpal和TW3RUS三种骨龄评估法对应的骨龄.比较三种方法所得的骨龄评估结果与生活年龄的差值,分析这三种骨龄评估方法之间的差异.结果三组间在各个年龄段差异无统计学意义,且三种方法与年龄相关性方面:TW3RUS骨龄相关性大于TW3C-Carpal骨龄,TW3C-Carpal骨龄相关性大于RUS-CHN骨龄.结论三种方法一致性良好.三种方法与年龄间均有相关性,差异有统计学意义,其中以TW3RUS法与年龄相关性最好.Objective To compare the consistency of three bone age assessment methods(RUS-CHN,TW3C-Carpal and TW3RUS)in children and their correlation with life age.Methods A total of 259 children were selected from August 2016 to May 2019.A professional bone age assessment doctor assessed the grade of bone maturity,and the corresponding bone age of three bone age assessment methods was obtained by comparing the formula with the database by software.The differences between the results of RUS-CHN,TW3C-Carpal and TW3RUS groups in bone age assessment and the life age were analyzed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in bone age among groups.The correlation between TW3RUS group and TW3RUS group was greater than that of TW3C-Carpal group,and the correlation between TW3C-Carpal group and TW3RUS group was greater than that of RW3C-Carpal group.Conclusion The three methods have good consistency.There was a significant correlation between the three methods and age,among which the TW3RUS method had the best correlation with age.
