热牙胶根管充填技术在下颌第二磨牙C形根管充填中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的热牙胶根管充填技术在下颌第二磨牙C形根管充填中的效果评价.方法选取苏州口腔医院2016年2月至2019年8月收治的下颌第二磨牙C形根管充填患者中选取50例,根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,各25例.观察组采用热牙胶根管充填技术,对照组采用冷牙胶侧压充填技术,比较两组患者的根管充填质量以及临床疗效.结果观察组患者根管充填质量优于对照组,临床治疗效果更佳(P<0.05).结论牙胶根管充填技术治疗下颌第二磨牙C形根管充填,临床疗效更佳,质量更好.Objective To evaluate the effect of hot enamel root canal filling technique in C-shaped root canal filling of mandibular second molar.Methods From February 2016 to August 2019,Totally 50 patients with C-shaped root canal filling of the second mandibular molar were selected from Suzhou dental hospital.According to the treatment method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases each.In the observation group,the root canal filling technology was used,and in the control group,the cold side pressure filling technology was used to compare the root canal filling quality and clinical effect of the two groups.Results The quality of root canal filling in the observation group was better than that in the control group;the clinical treatment was better(P<0.05).Results The quality of root canal filling in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the clinical treatment effect was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot gutta-period tube filling technique is effective in the treatment of patients with mandibular second molar C-shaped root canal filling,the treatment of hot gutta-period tube filling technique is adopted.The clinical curative effect is better and the quality is better.It is worth promoting.
