胃癌中EGFR、SLP-2和IGF-1R的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、Stomatin样蛋白2(SLP-2)、胰岛素样生长因子-1受体(IGF-1R)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2019年5月如皋市人民医院收治的胃癌患者80例临床资料。用免疫组化法测定患者胃癌组织及癌旁组织中EGFR、SLP-2和IGF-1R水平,并考察EGFR、SLP-2和IGF-1R水平与临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组织中EGFR、SLP-2和IGF-1R阳性表达率78.8%、65.0%、81.2%明显高于胃旁组织阳性表达率11.2%、22.5%、18.8%(P<0.05)。随着分化程度下降,EGFR蛋白表达阳性率升高,SLP-2表达阳性率降低(P<0.05);肺癌组织出现淋巴转移及癌组织浸润浆膜外患者EGFR、IGF-1R、SLP-2蛋白表达阳性率较高(P<0.05)。结论EGFR、SLP-2和IGF-1R的表达水平与病理分级、浸润深度、淋巴转移有关等多种肿瘤临床病理特征密切相关,可作为临床胃癌早期诊断及预后评估的依据。Objective To study the expression of EGFR,SLP-2 and IGF-1R in gastric carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with gastric cancer admitted to rugao people's hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.EGFR,slp-2 and igf-1r levels in gastric cancer tissues and para gastric tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between EGFR,slp-2 and igf-1r levels and clinicopathological characteristics was investigated.Results The positive rates of EGFR,SLP-2 and IGF-1R in gastric cancer were 78.8%,65.0%and 81.2%,which were higher than those in paragastric cancer 11.2%,22.5%,18.8%(P<0.05).The expression of EGFR protein increased and the expression of SLP-2 decreased with the decrease of differentiation degree(P<0.05);the expression of EGFR,IGF-1R and SLP-2 increased in lung cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis and outside with the infiltration of serosa(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of EGFR,SLP-2 and IGF-1R are closely related to the clinical and pathological characteristics of various tumors,including pathological grade,depth of invasion,and lymphatic metastasis,and can be used as the basis for early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of clinical gastric cancer.
