CT在结肠癌术前以及术后结肠癌复发诊断中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨CT在结肠癌术前以及术后复发诊断中的效果.方法 选取大庆油田总医院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的67例接受CT检查的结肠癌患者为观察对象,与术后病理诊断结果 做比较,所有患者术后均随访1年.分析CT诊断在术前及术后结肠癌复发中对M期、N期、T期的诊断符合率.结果 术前CT检查出T期31例、M期19例、N期14例.与病理诊断结果 比较,CT诊断对T期诊断符合率96.88%(31/32),M期为95.00%(19/20),N期为93.33%(14/15).术后1年结肠癌复发CT检查出T期4例、M期3例、N期3例.与病理诊断结果 比较,T期、M期、N期的诊断符合率均为100.00%.结论 CT在结肠癌术前以及术后结肠癌复发诊断中对疾病的TNM分期具有较高的诊断符合率,可作为结肠癌首选诊断方法 ,具有较高的临床应用价值.Objective To evaluate the effect of CT diagnosis in the diagnosis of preoperative colon cancer and postoperative colon cancer recurrence.Methods A total of 67 cases of colon cancer patients receiving CT examination admitted to daqing oilfield general hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the observation objects,and compared with the postoperative pathological diagnosis results.All patients were followed up for 1 year after surgery.To analyze the coincidence rate of CT diagnosis of stage M,N and T in preoperative and postoperative colon cancer recurrence.Results Preoperative CT showed 31 cases in T stage,19 cases in M stage,and 14 cases in N stage.Compared with the results of pathological diagnosis,the coincidence rate of CT diagnosis for stage T was 96.88%(31/32),stage M was 95.00%(19/20),and stage N was 93.33%(14/15).CT scan of colon cancer recurrence 1 year after operation revealed 4 cases of T stage,3 cases of M stage and 3 cases of N stage.Compared with the results of pathological diagnosis,the diagnostic coincidence rates of T,M,and N stages were all 100.00%.Conclusion CT has a high accuracy rate for TNM staging in the preoperative and postoperative diagnosis of colon cancer recurrence.It can be the first choice for the diagnosis of colon cancer and has a high clinical application value.
