四君子汤加减对慢性胃炎患者幽门杆菌阳性率及血清MTL、SS水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析四君子汤加减对慢性胃炎患者幽门杆菌阳性率及血清胃动素(MTL)、生长抑素(SS)水平的影响.方法 选取吉林市协和医院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的慢性胃炎患者86例,按入院先后顺序分为对照组与实验组,各43例.对照组给予吗丁啉、奥美拉唑等常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用四君子汤加减,2组均治疗3个月.分析2组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率,比较治疗前后2组幽门杆菌阳性率及血清MTL、SS水平变化.结果 治疗后实验组治疗有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的83.72% (P<0.05);不良反应发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的18.60%(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组幽门杆菌阳性率比例均降低,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组血清MTL水平均下降,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);SS水平均升高,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎可有效改善患者临床症状,降低幽门杆菌阳性率,调节血清MTL、SS水平,保护胃肠功能,且安全性良好.Objective To analyze the influence of Sijunzi Decoction on the positive rate of H.pylori and serum MTL and SS levels in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods Totally 86 patients with chronic gastritis treated in Jilin Union Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group,each with 43 patients in the order of admission.The control group was given conventional western medicine such as domperidone and omeprazole.The experimental group was treated with the addition and reduction of Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 3 months.Analyze the treatment efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups,compare the positive rates of H.pylori and the changes in serum MTL and SS levels.Results After treatment,the effective rate in the experimental group was 97.67%,which was higher than 83.72%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.65%,which was lower than 18.60%in the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the proportion of H.pylori positive rates in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the serum MTL levels of the two groups decreased after the treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);SS level increased,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating chronic gastritis with Sijunzi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the positive rate of H.pylori,regulate serum MTL and SS levels,protect gastrointestinal function,and have good safety.
