摘　　要：在细胞遗传学中,染色体的研究是很重要的一部分。在通过查阅相关文献后,本文对近年来鹿科动物染色体的相关研究方法,包括核型、显带分析以及荧光原位杂交等其他技术进行了概述,并指出应该在此基础上拓展新的、更具意义的研究领域。The study of chromosomes is an important part of cytogenetics.Based on the review of related literature,this paper summarized the research methods of Cervidae’s chromosome in recent years,including karyotype,banding analysis and fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH),and put forward the new and more significant research fields which should be expanded.
