摘 要:为解决填方区既有建筑物基础不均匀沉降导致房屋结构产生的变形,消除安全隐患,应采用经济、快捷、安全的处理方案。针对湿陷性黄土地区的既有建筑基础采用静压桩托换技术加固方案,具有施工振动小、噪音小、设备简单、施工方便迅速、发挥作用快等优点,解决了地基不均匀沉降导致房屋倾斜问题,可应用于有类似建筑结构的地基不均匀沉降。在有湿陷性土类的区域建设房建工程、住宅区时,应对此不良地基进行处理,在此类地区的基础宜设置桩基础或采用筏板基础。In order to solve the deformation of building structure caused by uneven settlement of existing building foundation in fill area and eliminate the safety hidden trouble,an economic,quick and safe treatment scheme should be adopted.Static pressure pile replacement technology is used to reinforce the existing building foundation in collapsible loess area,it has the advantages of small construction vibration,small noise,simple equipment,convenient and rapid construction,and quick function,etc.This method can solve the problem of building tilt caused by uneven settlement of foundation,and can be applied to uneven settlement of foundation with similar structure.When building housing engineering and residential areas in the areas with collapsible soil,this bad foundation should be treated,and pile foundation or raft foundation should be set up in such areas.
