摘  要:日常生产过程中,低合金高强度结构钢中贝氏体为一种常见热轧态组织,该组织的分布会对金属尤其板材力学性能造成一定的影响。某公司轧制生产Q355B,在做力学性能检验时出现大批量断后伸长率降低现象。通过化学成分,金相检验等方法对板材进行分析,发现板材显微组织中分布大量贝氏体组织,根据组织分布推测产生原因,指出轧制过程中控冷不当是导致此现象的主要原因,并提出工艺优化建议。In the process of daily production,bainite is a common hot-rolled structure in low alloy high-strength structural steel.The distribution of bainite will affect the mechanical properties of metal,especially plate.When Q355B is rolled in a company,the elongation decreases after breaking in large quantities.Through the analysis of chemical composition,metallographic examination and other methods,it is found that a large number of bainite structure is distributed in the microstructure of the plate.According to the structure distribution,the reason is speculated.It is pointed out that the improper cooling control is the main reason for this phenomenon in the rolling process,and suggestions for process optimization are put forward.
