摘  要:目的:建立QuEChERS/气相色谱法测定有机磷农药残留的快速测定方法。方法:采用QuEChERS法对样品进行提取净化,气相色谱FPD检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:6种农药在0.01~1 mg·L-1范围内的相关系数(r)为0.9997~1.0000,不同加标水平下6种有机磷农药回收率为76.0%~105.5%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~10.6%(n=4)。结论:本方法操作简单、灵敏度高,适用于果蔬中6种有机磷农药残留的快速检测。Objective:To establish a fast,QuEChERS/gas chromatography-based determination method to measure the residual organophosphorus pesticide.Method:QuEChERS method was adopted to pre-process,extract and purify the samples before the detection by gas chromatography FPD detector and the qualification by external standard method.Results The correlation coefficients(r)of the 6 sorts of pesticides were 0.9997~1.0000 within the linear range of 0.01~1 mg·L-1.The recycle rate of these pesticides were 76%~105.5%at different added standards,with a relative standard deviation of 2.2%~10.6%(n=4).Conclusion:Simple and highly sensitive,the method is applicable to quickly determine the 6 sorts of organophosphorus pesticides left in vegetables and fruits.
