摘  要:以金昌1号红枣为试材,研究叶面喷施不同质量浓度聚谷氨酸对枣树叶片光合作用、坐果率和果实品质的影响.结果表明:花期对叶面喷施不同浓度聚谷氨酸均可促进枣吊长度和叶片数量,使叶片叶绿素和可溶性蛋白升高,也提高了叶片净光合速率、气孔导度,使叶片中胞间二氧化碳浓度和蒸腾速率明显下降.在果实采收时,ρ(聚谷氨酸)=0.1 g/L处理显著提高了枣吊的果粒数、平均单果质量和果实硬度,使产量和果实品质显著提高.因此,在金昌1号红枣花期,对叶面喷施适当质量浓度的聚谷氨酸可通过提高枣吊的叶片数量、叶绿素含量,促进叶片光合作用,进而提高坐果率和果实的品质.The paper studied on the effects of polyglutamic acid,sprayed by different concentration on foliar,on the photosynthesis,fruit setting rate and fruit quality,of the Jinchang 1 jujube.The main results showed:the length of jujube shoot,numbers of leaves,sprayed with polyglutamic acid,were higher than that of CK,at the same time,the photosynthesis were significantly increased through increasing the chlorophyll,soluble protein content and stomatal conductance,and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and transpiration rate were decreased.With 0.1g/L polyglutamic acid treatment,the number of fruit,average fruit weight and fresh hardness,were significantly increased,in the end,the fruit yield and quality were significantly increased too.It is concluded that suitable concentration of polyglutamic acid sprayed in florescence can improve the photosynthesis and fruit quality through increasing the numbers of leaves and chlorophyll content.
