摘 要:为了提高隧道衬砌混凝土的抗裂性能,根据现有施工采用的配比,通过控制坍落度来调整用水量及配比,增加矿渣粉与粉煤灰的含量、减少水泥用量后,测试3d到28d的抗压强度。结果表明:矿渣粉与粉煤灰可在衬砌混凝土的二次水化反应中随着龄期的增长提高混凝土的后期强度;混凝土的抗压强度随着矿渣粉与粉煤灰的增加而降低,而与标准配比的差值随龄期的增长越来越小,经抗折强度测试与折压比计算发现,当材料的总量分别为395kg/m 3、432kg/m 3、471kg/m 3时满足规范要求。考虑到隧道环境的特殊性,可考虑增加矿渣粉与粉煤灰用量来提高衬砌混凝土的后期强度、降低水泥用量以防止开裂。In order to improve the crack resistance of the tunnel lining concrete,according to the existing ratio of construction,we adjust the water consumption and ratio by controlling the slump,increased the content of slag powder and fly ash,and reduced the amount of cement.Then tested 3d to 28d compressive strength.Result surface:slag powder and fly ash can increase the late-stage strength of concrete as the age increases in the secondary hydration reaction of the lining concrete;the compressive strength of concrete decreases with the increase of slag powder and fly ash,and the difference between the standard ratio and the increasing age is smaller and smaller.According to the flexural strength test and the calculation of the folding ratio,when the total amount of condensed material is 395kg/m 3,432kg/m 3,471kg/m 3 respectively to meet the specifications.Considering the particularity of the tunnel environment,it may be considered to increase the amount of slag powder and fly ash to increase the later strength of the lining concrete and reduce the amount of cement to prevent cracking.
