摘 要:某SUV在热平衡试验中,中冷散热器出气温度超标。经排查,现有前端模块布置型式为“三明治”结构,即冷凝器—中冷散热器—散热器。由于中冷散热器布置在冷凝器后,受冷凝器出风温度高的影响,中冷出气温度难以保证。优化方案通过调整前端模块布置型式,然后使用一维和三维软件联合仿真,验证优化方案可使中冷出气温度降低。In the heat balance test of an SUV,the outlet temperature of intercooler radiator exceeded the standard.According to the investigation,layout form of the existing FEM is"sandwich"structure,that means condenser-intercooler radiatorradiator.Since the intercooler is arranged behind the condenser,it is difficult to guarantee the air temperature of intercooler due to the high temperature of the condenser.By adjusting the layout of FEM,and then using the joint simulation of 1d and 3d software,the optimization scheme is verified to reduce the temperature of the outlet gas.
