系统评价个体化音乐干预对肿瘤患者化疗期间恶心呕吐反应的影响

摘　　要：目的系统评价个体化音乐干预对肿瘤患者化疗期间恶心呕吐反应的影响。方法计算机检索PubMed、Medline、CBM、CNKI、重庆维普和万方数据库等,纳入在常规护理基础上给予个体化音乐干预,对比常规护理对肿瘤患者化疗期间恶心呕吐的随机对照研究,检索时限均为从建库至2015年5月。由2位研究者按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10项RCT,714例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与常规护理相比,联合个体化音乐干能显著提高患者对恶心呕吐的可耐受性[OR=3.60,95%CI(2.58,5.00),P<0.001];发生严重恶心呕吐更小[OR=0.29,95%CI(0.19,0.45),P<0.001]。结论在常规护理的基础上给予个体化音乐干预,能显著缓解肿瘤患者化疗期间的恶心呕吐症状,提高患者耐受性。鉴于本研究纳入文献质量偏低,该研究结果准确性尚需大规模、高质量随机对照研究进一步验证。Objective To systematic review effect of nausea and vomiting with individual music intervention of in cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods Retrieved from PubMed,Medline,CNKI,VIP,Wangfang dat abase online version,RCT about on the basis of routine care,giving individual music intervention compare to routine care effect of nausea and vomiting for cancer patients during chemotherapy from the constru ction time Library to May 2015.Meta analysis of included trials was performed using Rev Man 5.2 software.Results A total of 10 studies were included,involving 714 patients.Meta-analysis showed that,compare to the routine care,routine care associated with individual music intervention could signifi cantly improve the patient's tolerability of nausea and vomiting[OR=3.60,95%CI(2.58,5.00),P<0.001],the lower rate of severe nausea and vomiting[OR=0.29,95%CI(0.19,0.45),P<0.001].Conclusion Given individual music intervention on the basis of routine care can signifi cantly relieve nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy cancer patients,improve patient tolerance.Since this study included low quality,while the accuracy of the findings still need large-scale,high-quality randomized controlled study further verifi cation.
