观察白内障超声乳化摘除联合房角分离术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼并白内障的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的探究PHACO+人工晶状体植入+GSL在PACG合并白内障患者中的短期疗效。方法选取我院眼科2016年1月至2018年4月收治的50例PACG合并白内障患者作为主要研究对象,依PACG类型分为A组和B组,均行PEGS+人工晶状体植入。结果两组患者视力、中央前方深度相对治疗前出现明显提高,眼压较术前明显下降,差异显著(P<0.05),且A组患者与B组患者术后三项指标间无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者术后降眼压眼药及口服药使用次数均较术前出现了明显的减少,差异显著(P<0.05),两组患者间用药情况比较无明显差异(P>0.05);均未发生严重术后并发症。结论PEGS+人工晶状体植入短期疗效较好,能有效降低患者眼压,提高视力,且并发症发生率低,程度较轻,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of PHACO+intraocular lens implantation+GSL in patients with PACG and cataract.Methods Fifty patients with PACG and cataract who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled as the main subjects.They were divided into group A and group B according to PACG type.All patients underwent PEGS+intraocular lens implantation.Results The visual acuity and central anterior depth of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The intraocular pressure was significantly lower than that before surgery(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the three groups in the A group and the B group.(P>0.05);the frequency of intraocular pressure-lowering eye drops and oral medications in the two groups were signifi cantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in drug use between the two groups(P>0.05);no serious postoperative complications occurred.Conclusion The short-term effect of PEGS+intraocular lens implantation is better,which can effectively reduce intraocular pressure and improve visual acuity.The incidence of complications is low and the degree is mild.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
