Ⅲ级超声检查对产前诊断胎儿畸形的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探究Ⅲ级产前超声检查对产前诊断胎儿畸形的临床价值。方法选取2017年4月至2018年11月在我院接受产前诊断的1182例孕妇作为主要观察对象,分为对照组和观察组。对照组孕妇仅接受Ⅰ级胎儿产前超声检查和Ⅱ级胎儿产前超声检查,观察组孕妇接受Ⅲ级胎儿产前超声检查。结果两组胎儿发生先天性畸形的比例无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组先天性畸形胎儿检出率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇孕周在20~30周时产前超声检查检出率最高,其次为>30孕周时。结论Ⅲ级产前超声检查较Ⅰ、Ⅱ级产前超声检查对于先天性畸形胎儿的检出率更高,且对于孕周在20~30周的孕妇应用效果良好,值得在临床诊断中推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of grade Ⅲ prenatal ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations.Methods 1182 pregnant women who received prenatal diagnosis in our hospital from April 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the main observation objects,and divided into control group and observation group.The pregnant women in the control group only received prenatal ultrasound examination of grade Ⅰ fetus and prenatal ultrasound examination of grade Ⅱ fetus,while the pregnant women in the observation group received prenatal ultrasound examination of grade Ⅲ fetus.Results There was no signifi cant difference in the proportion of congenital malformations between the two groups(P>0.05);the detection rate of congenital malformations in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the prenatal ultrasound detection rate was the highest at 20-30 weeks of gestation,followed by>30 weeks of gestation.Conclusion The detection rate of grade Ⅲ prenatal ultrasonography is higher than that of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ prenatal ultrasonography for congenital malformation fetus,and it has a good effect for pregnant women whose gestational weeks are 20-30 weeks.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical diagnosis.
