乳腺癌术后放疗患者血清心肌钙蛋白T测定及心脏损伤的分析

摘　　要：目的本次研究分析在乳腺癌术后放疗患者中血清心肌蛋白T进行测定对患者心脏损伤的测定。方法本次研究样本选取本院健康体检受检者40例以及乳腺癌术后放疗患者40例,研究时间从2017年6月至2018年6月,分为测定健康体检受检者与乳腺癌术后放疗患者的cTnT指标,进一步探究乳腺癌术后放疗对心脏损伤的影响。结果对比两组患者cTnT指标,发现在40例健康体检者当中,所有体检者的cTnT指标都在正常范围之内,而在乳腺癌术后放疗患者进行放疗操作以前,所有患者的cTnT值均在正常范围之内,而在放疗后,在40例乳腺癌患者中出现了32例cTnT阳性患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。在乳腺癌患者放疗前,保证所有患者不存在心脏疾病,并且没有化疗历史,所有患者的照射面积、照射方式、照射仪器都保持一致,对心脏照射的深度也保持一直,照射体积也大致相同。在进一步研究当中得出,左侧放疗乳腺癌患者与右侧放疗乳腺癌患者的cTnT值变化没有统计学差异(P>0.05),并且在不考虑心脏照射体积的情况下,放疗剂量越大,cTnT阳性例数就越多(P<0.05)。结论此次研究证明,在乳腺癌术后患者放疗后,其cTnT指标显著增高,另外患者心肌损伤与放疗药物的剂量也有一定的关系,放疗剂量越大,损伤更明显。Objective This study analyzed the determination of serum myocardial protein T in patients with breast cancer after radiotherapy.Methods Fortysix healthy subjects in this study and 40 postoperative radiotherapy patients in breast cancer were selected.The study time was from June 2017 to June 2018.The cTnT index of postoperative radiotherapy patients further explored the effect of postoperative radiotherapy on cardiac damage in breast cancer.Results Comparing the cTnT index between the two groups,it was found that among the 40 healthy Subjects,the cTnT values of all the subjects were within the normal range,and the cTnT values of all patients before the radiotherapy for patients after breast cancer surgery were performed.Within the normal range,after radiotherapy,32 cTnT-positive patients occurred in 40 breast cancer patients,the difference was signifi cant(P<0.05).Before breast cancer patients were treated with radiotherapy,all patients were guaranteed no heart disease,and there was no history of chemotherapy.The irradiation area,irradiation method,and illumination equipment of all patients were consistent,the depth of the heart irradiation was kept constant,and the irradiation volume was also approximately the same.In further studies,there was no signifi cant difference in cTnT values between patients with left-sided radiotherapy and breast cancer with right-hand radiotherapy(P>0.05),and the dose of radiotherapy was larger without considering the volume of cardiac irradiation.The number of cTnT positive cases was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion This study demonstrates that after radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer,the cTnT index is signifi cantly increased.In addition,the myocardial damage and the dose of radiotherapy drugs are also related.The greater the dose of radiotherapy,the more obvious the damage.
