中医古方半夏泻心汤治疗胃溃疡患者的临床观察及机制研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医古方加减治疗胃溃疡患者的临床疗效观察分析半夏泻心汤配伍意义。方法选取自2017年1月至2018年1月于我院病房及门诊接受治疗的胃溃疡共计60例,采取随机平行对照方法,分为联合治疗组与常规治疗组,常规治疗组30例应用三联药物,枸橼酸泌钾0.6 g日2次口服,替硝唑片0.5 g日2次口服,泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊40 mg日1次口服,连续应用14 d。联合治疗组30例在常规治疗组基础上联合口服半夏泻心汤,连续应用21 d。观察两组患者治疗前后幽门螺杆菌的根除率及中医症候评分情况。结果联合治疗组治疗后中医症候积分为(8.65±2.74)分,常规治疗组为(13.82±3.52)分,幽门螺杆菌根除率联合组为27例(90%),常规组为21例(70%),数据比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡患者在根除幽门螺杆菌的基础上加服半夏泻心汤,可以理气和中,疏肝调脾,平调寒热,消痞散结,促进黏膜修复,抑制炎症及胃酸腐蚀,有效缓解胃部不适症状,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on gastric ulcer and to analyze the compatibility signifi cance of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Methods A total of 60 cases of gastric ulcer treated in our hospital ward and outpatient clinic from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into combined treatment group and conventional treatment group.30 cases in conventional treatment group were treated with triple drugs,potassium citrate 0.6 g twice daily,tinidazole tablets 0.5 g twice daily,pantoprazole twice daily.Sodium azolium enteric coated capsules 40mg were administered 1 times a day for 14 consecutive days.In the combined treatment group,30 cases were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the routine treatment group for 21 days.The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori and TCM symptom score before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of TCM symptoms in the combined treatment group was(8.65±2.74),(13.82±3.52)in the conventional treatment group,27(90%)in the combined group and 21(70%)in the conventional group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction can regulate Qi,soothe liver and spleen,calm cold and heat,eliminate ruffi an and loose knots,promote mucosal repair,inhibit infl ammation and gastric acid corrosion,effectively alleviate gastric discomfort symptoms on the basis of eradicating Helicobacter pylori.It has excellent clinical effi cacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
