摘　　要：目的:分析胃癌根治手术后患者接受电针刺激穴位、中药保留灌肠对术后腹胀的预防作用。方法:选取实施胃癌根治手术治疗后的胃癌患者36例,随机分为两组,各18例。甲组给予常规西医治疗;乙组给予电针刺激穴位、中药保留灌肠治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:乙组术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复正常时间及排便恢复正常时间均短于甲组,乙组术后腹胀发生率低于甲组,乙组术后生活质量量表(QOL)评分高于甲组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌根治术后腹胀给予电针刺激穴位及中药保灌肠预防效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint electroacupuncture stimulation and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in prevention of abdominal distention after radical gastrectomy.Methods:36 patients with gastric cancer after radical surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 18 cases in each group.Group A was treated with conventional western medicine;group B was treated with acupoint electroacupuncture stimulation and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In group B,the time of anal exhaust after operation,the recovery time of bowel sound and defecation were shorter than that in group A,the incidence of postoperative abdominal distention was lower than that of group A,and the QOL score was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupoint electroacupuncture stimulation and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in prevention of abdominal distention after radical gastrectomy is significant.
