摘　　要：目的:探究逆转诱导蛋白(RECK)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)联合检测对三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)的诊断价值。方法:2016年1月-2017年8月收治TNBC患者92例,分为两组,各46例。观察组有淋巴结转移;对照组无淋巴结转移。比较RECK与MMP9在不同情况患者体内阳性表达率与预后情况。结果:观察组RECK阳性表达率比对照组低,MMP9阳性表达率比对照组高,所有RECK阳性表达患者2年内无进展生存率比RECK阴性表达患者高,MMP9阳性表达患者无进展生存率比MMP9阴性表达患者高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RECK、MMP9联合检测在TNBC患者诊断中有一定应用价值,可通过预测肿瘤细胞转移,改善预后情况。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of reverse inducible protein(RECK)and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9)in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods:92 TNBC patients were selected from January 2016 to August 2017,they were divided into the two groups with 46 cases in each goup.There was lymph node metastasis in the observation group and no lymph node metastasis in the control group.We compared the positive expression rate and prognosis of RECK and MMP9 in patients with different conditions.Results:The positive rate of RECK and MMP9 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the 2-year progression free survival rate of all Reck positive patients was higher than that of RECK negative patients,and the progression free survival rate of MMP9 positive patients was higher than that of MMP9 negative patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of RECK and MMP9 has a certain application value in the diagnosis of TNBC,which can improve the prognosis by predicting tumor cell metastasis.
