摘　　要：光动力治疗是一种恶性肿瘤治疗的新方法,可作为根治性或姑息性治疗手段应用于多种肿瘤。因其具有微创、组织特异性及可反复进行等优点,在早期或中晚期食管癌中具有重要作用。本文将对其适应症、禁忌症、并发症的处理以及疗效评价标准等进行详细描述,并经专家组讨论达成共识。Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a new method for the treatment of malignant tumors.It can be used as a radical or palliative treatment for a variety of tumors.Because of the advantages of minimally invasive,tissue specificity and repeatability,it plays an important role in early or advanced esophageal cancer.In this paper,the indications,contraindications,treatment of complications and evaluation criteria of efficacy were described in detail,and the expert consensus documents was reached after discussion by the expert group.
