摘 要:目的比较上颌双尖牙Ⅲ类隐裂不同微创修复后的抗折性能,探索早期隐裂牙微创治疗的可行性。方法收集四川护理职业学院附属医院和西南医科大学附口腔医院2019年上半年因正畸拔除的72颗离体上颌双尖牙,随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F 6组,每组12颗。A组为正常上颌双尖牙,B组采用流体树脂充填模拟裂纹,C组用沟固位型;[牙合]贴面修复模拟隐裂牙,D组用对接型;[牙合]贴面修复模拟隐裂牙,E组用包绕型;[牙合]贴面修复模拟隐裂牙,F组模拟隐裂牙;B、C、D、E组模拟隐裂牙微创修复后,比较A、B、C、D、E、F组牙体抗折裂强度,并观察样本折裂类型。结果A、B、C、D、E、F组试件抗折裂强度力值分别为(1285.13±344.28)N、(1236.35±375.46)N、(1151.12±293.23)N、(1204.36±206.12)N、(1149.34±213.27)N、(618.36±163.28)N;B、C、D、E组修复后的抗折裂强度与A组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B、C、D、E组修复后的抗折裂强度大于F组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C、D、E组修复后的抗折裂强度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论隐裂牙微创修复后抗折裂强度提高,并能达到正常上颌双尖牙的抗折裂强度,且不同微创修复方式间抗折裂强度基本一致。Objective To compare the fracture resistance of maxillary bicuspidⅢcracks after different minimally invasive repairs,and to explore the feasibility of minimally invasive treatment of early cracks.Methods A total of 72 isolated maxillary bicuspids extracted from orthodontics in the affiliated hospital of Sichuan Nursing Vocational College and Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Southwest Medical University in the first half of 2019 were randomly divided into 6 groups of A,B,C,D,E,F,each Set of 12.Group A was a normal maxillary bicuspid,group B was filled with fluid resin to simulate cracks,group C was repaired with groove-retained palatal veneer to simulate the cracked tooth,and group D was repaired with butt-shaped palate veneer to simulate the cracked tooth.In group E,wrapped cracked veneer was used to repair the cracked tooth,and in group F,the cracked tooth was simulated.After the minimally invasive restoration of the cracked teeth was simulated in groups B,C,D,and E,the anti-fracture strength of the teeth in groups A,B,C,D,E,and F was compared,and the types of fractures were observed.Results The fracture strength values of group A,B,C,D,E,and F specimens are(1285.13±344.28)N,(1236.35±375.46)N,(1151.12±293.23)N,(1204.36±206.12)N,(1149.34±213.27)N,(618.36±163.28)N;There was no significant difference in the anti-fracture strength between groups B,C,D,and E compared with group A(P>0.05);The fracture resistance strength of group B,C,D,and E after repair is greater than that of group F,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the anti-fracture strength between groups B,C,D,and E after repair(P>0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive repair of cracked teeth has improved anti-fracture strength and can reach the fracture resistance of normal maxillary bicuspids.
