摘　　要：通过对国内外科技创业研究做概括性追溯,论述高校科技人员创业研究的演化,挖掘科技人员创业中个人、组织、环境3个维度的特征,通过对科技人员创业研究中关注创业机会利用的有效性、个体创业角色的矛盾性、组织要素的协调性和创业系统的复杂性以及政策的红利性等特征分析,提出科技人员创业三维度的启示。This paper discusses the evolution of scientific and technological personnel entrepreneurship research in colleges and universities,excavates the characteristics of individuals,organizations and environment,and puts forward the enlightenment of the three dimensions of scientific and technological personnel entrepreneurship by analyzing the effectiveness of entrepreneurial opportunity utilization,the contradiction of individual entrepreneurial role,the coordination of organizational elements,the complexity of entrepreneurial system and the dividend of policies.
