摘  要:目的了解介入护士的进修意愿,探讨影响介入护士进修选择的主要原因。方法采用方便抽样,通过自行设计的问卷对上海市三级甲等医院的185名介入护士进行进修意愿及原因调查。结果愿意进修的介入护士122人,占总人数66.0%;不愿进修的介入护士63人,占总人数34.0%。影响其进修意愿的原因为个人原因,介入科护士的年龄、家庭负担影响。工作原因,管理者鼓励、科室人力不足以及介入专科发展需要的原因。结论大多数介入护士愿意进修,但家庭负担和科室人力不足等原因阻碍护士进修。医院和护理管理者应重视介入护士的进修与培训,合理安排人力资源,推动介入护士专科化发展。Objective To investigate the desire of intervention nurses for further study,and to explore the main reasons affecting the desire of interventional nurses for further study.Methods Using convenient sampling method and a self-designed questionnaire,the investigation on the desire for further study in 185 interventional nurses working in Shanghai grade 3 A hospitals was conducted,and the reasons were analyzed.Results Of the 185 interventional nurses participating in the investigation,122 were willing to take a further study,accounting for 66.0%of the total;and 63 did not want to take a further study,accounting for 34.0%of the total.The reasons that affected his or her willingness to take a further study were as follows:personal reasons(age,family burden,etc.)and work reasons,manager’s encourage,shortage of manpower in the department,the need for interventional specialization development,etc.Conclusion The majority of interventional nurses are willing to take a further study.However,the family burden and the shortage of manpower in the department hinder the nurses to take a further study.Hospitals and nursing managers should pay attention to the further study and training of interventional nurses as well as to the reasonable arrangement of human resources,so as to promote the specialization development of interventional nurses.
