摘　　要：围绕老年性痴呆行为学、病理学、发病机制等环节综述了山茱萸有效成分及其复方防治老年性痴呆的研究现状,为补肾益精生髓中药在临床防治老年性痴呆中的使用提供依据。Based on the behavioristics,pathology and pathogenesis of senile dementia,this paper reviewed the effects ofCornus officinalisand related formulae for senile dementia treatment.The review provides new insight into the application of tonifying kidney and generating marrow for the prevention and treatment of senile dementia.
