摘 要:为验证一种新型车用无级变速器(BVT)的可行性,运用赫兹接触理论和摩擦传动的基本理论构建了函数式,并通过迭代求解方法,在模拟整车工况的情况下,对其传动和接触特性进行了分析。计算结果表明:BVT输入、输出接触区内纯滚动点的偏移量均随输入扭矩的增大而增大,而且无论输入扭矩多大,输入接触区纯滚动点的偏移量均大于输出接触区;牵引系数在BVT的所有工况下对滑动率的影响都是极其明显的,而且BVT的滑动率随着牵引系数的增加而减小。结果表明:该BVT具有传动系数恒定、接触应力较小、滑动率较低、接触摩擦效率较高等优点,其良好的接触摩擦效率可与现有的车用牵引式CVT媲美。从传动性能方面验证了BVT设计原理的可行性。In order to verify the feasibility of a new automobile continuously-variable-transmission,the ball-type roller traction continuously-variable-transmission(BVT),a functional formula was built by using the Hertz contact theory and the basic theory of friction transmission.The transmission and contact characteristics of the BVT were analyzed by using the iterative solution method through simulating the vehicle operation condition.The calculation results show that the offset of pure rolling point in the BVT input and output contact area is increased with the increase of input torque.And regardless of the input torque,the offset of the pure rolling point in the input contact area is greater than that in the output contact area.The influence of traction coefficient on the sliding rate is very obvious in all working conditions of BVT,and the sliding rate of BVT is decreased with the increase of the traction coefficient.The result shows that the BVT has the advantages of constant transmission coefficient,small contact stress,low sliding rate and high contact friction efficiency.The favorable contact friction efficiency is comparable to the existing vehicular traction CVT.The feasibility of BVT design principle was verified from the aspect of transmission performance.
