摘 要:以银浆作为导电原料制备柔性电热复合织物,其电热电路分为串联电路与并联电路两种类型。分析了两种电路织物的动态升降温过程及其发热的均匀性,并探究了电热复合织物的电阻稳定性及其防水性能。通过试验可以看出,并联电路可以显著降低发热电路的总电阻,在3V电压下,电热织物可以达到45℃的高温,但是并联发热电路的复合织物发热稳定性较串联电路差。另外,试验结果表明,电热复合织物的电阻在25?35℃会有1Ω的升高,而后趋于稳定;电热织物的防水性能优异,即使浸泡65 min也不会影响其电热性能。Silver paste is used as conductive material to prepare flexible electrothermal composite fabric.The electrothermal circuit of flexible electrothermal composite fabric is divided into two types: series circuit and parallel circuit. The dynamic heating and cooling processes of two kinds of circuit fabrics and their heating uniformity are analyzed, and the resistance stability and waterproof performance of the electric heating composite fabric are investigated. The results show that the parallel circuit can significantly reduce the total resistance of the heating circuit. Under the voltage of 3 V, the high temperature of the electrothermal composite fabric can reach 45 ℃, but the thermal stability of the composite fabric of the parallel heating circuit is worse than that of the series circuit. The electrical resistance of the composite fabric increases by 1 Ω at 25~35 ℃, and then tends to be stable; the waterproof performance of the composite fabric is excellent, even if it is soaked in water for 65 min.
