摘　　要：目的探究成药治疗的病证中出现黄腻苔的药物组合情况。方法在第5版中华医典正文中检索"黄腻",在检索结果中筛选成药。对成药进行方名和组成等数据的提取,然后用Excel进行数据整理,将整理后的数据插入到Access中进行交叉表查询。将查询的结果导入Weka中进行关联数据分析,将得到的数据导入到Cyto Scape中进行可视化处理。结果在中华医典中共查询到54个成药,用Excel整理出362条数据,用Weka选取了100条关联数据。结论成药治疗的病证中出现黄腻苔的最多药物组合分为四类,即泻热药中的黄芩、黄连、大黄;行气药中的木香、陈皮、槟榔;祛痰药中的半夏和活血药中的当归之间的组合。Objective To explore the drug combination of yellow-greasy coating symptoms in the drug treatment.Methods In the text of the fifth edition of the Chinese Medical Code,“yellow greasy”was searched and the drug was screened in the search results.The data of the name and composition of the medicine was extracted,and then the data was collated with Excel.The collated data was inserted into Access to cross-table query.The result of the query was imported into Weka for correlation data analysis,and the resulting data was imported into CytoScape for visualization.Results A total of 54 medicines were searched in the Chinese Medical Code,362 data items were retrieved using Excel,and 100 related data items were selected using Weka.Conclusion The drug combinations of yellow-greasy coating symptoms can be divided into four categories,namely,Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Huanlian(Rhizoma Coptidis)andDahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhe)which are the heat-clearing heat,Muxiang(Radix Aucklandiae),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulata)and Binglang(Semen Arecae)which are the Oi-regulating drugs,and the combination ofBanxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)which is phlegm-resolving drug and Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)which is the blood-activating drug.
