摘　　要：为了了解山东省饲料黄曲霉毒素(AFB1)污染状况,保证饲料质量安全,采集于山东省各地规模化动物养殖场、各大饲料厂及养殖户12 593份样品,利用上转发光竞争抑制免疫层析法测定黄曲霉毒素B1的含量。结果表明,山东省饲料原料AFB1超标率如下:玉米21.21%、玉米副产品2.35%~9.80%;饼粕类饲料超标率为10.00%~14.88%,米糠粕1.79%。配合饲料超标率如下:泌乳牛精料4.84%,鸡配合饲料1.02%~3.36%,鸭配合饲料3.25%~8.84%,猪配合饲料0.61%~5.17%,鹌鹑配合饲料12.24%,貉狐貂膨化饲料4.76%。In order to study the status of aflatoxin contamination in feedstuffs and ensure the safety of feed quality,12,593 samples were collected from large scale animal farms,feed processing factories and breeders all over Shandong province,and the content of AFB1 was determined by Upturn competitive immunosuppressive immunochromatography.The result showed that the aflatoxin exceeding standard rate of feedstuff in Shandong province was as follows:corn 21.21%,corn by-product 2.35%-9.80%;oil-seed-meals 10.00%-14.88%,rice bran meal 1.79%.The over standard rate of formula feed was as follows:lactating cow concentrate 4.84%,chicken formula feed 1.02%-3.36%,duck formula feed 3.25%-8.84%,swine formulated feed 0.61%-5.17%,quail formula feed 12.24%,expanded feed for mink and fox mink 4.76%.Therefore,the problem of feed safety in Shandong province needs to be paid more attention to.
