摘 要:对分光光度法测定饲料中总磷含量的不确定度进行评定。依据GB/T 6437-2018建立数学模型,确定了该方法的不确定度来源,并进行分析。当饲料中总磷质量分数为0.30%时,扩展不确定度U(y)=0.01%(k=2)。其中,测量重复性和测量工作曲线计算出试样溶液中磷的含量为主要影响因素。采用分光光度法测定饲料中总磷含量应在确保实验具有良好的重复性,严格控制磷标准工作液的制备。The uncertainty of spectrophotometric determination of total phosphorus in feed was evaluated.A mathematical model was established based on GB/T 6437-2018,and the uncertainty source of the method was determined and analyzed.When the total phosphorus mass fraction in feed was 0.30%,the extended uncertainty U(y)=0.01%(k=2).Among them,the phosphorus content in the sample solution was calculated by measuring the working curve as the main influencing factor.The determination of total phosphorus in feed by spectrophotometry should ensure good repeatability and strictly control the preparation of standard working solution.
