摘 要:针对LED灯具寿命受温度影响的问题,提出了一种较为完善的优化设计方法。通过对影响LED灯具寿命因素进行分析,指出温度是影响LED灯具寿命的关键。重点分析引起MOSFET发热严重的原因,并提出切实可行的优化方案,即对LED芯片串并联方式进行优化设计,并进行了试验。实验结果表明,通过改变LED芯片排列方式,可有效地将MOSFET的温度降低10℃左右,证明了该优化设计的可行性。For the problem of the life of LED affecting by high temperature, a more perfect optimization design method is proposed. Through analyzing the factors affecting the life of LED lamps, it is pointed out that temperature is the key factor affecting the life of LED lamps. The analysis of the reason of MOSFET serious heating is focused on. And a feasible optimization scheme is put forward, that is, the optimization design of LED chips in series and parallel, and the experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the temperature of MOSFET can be effectively reduced about 10 ℃ by changing the arrangement of LED chips, which proves the feasibility of the optimal design.
