摘　　要：立德树人是习近平总书记对高校抓好铸魂育人工作的总体要求,也是高等教育的根本任务和时代使命,还是大学生放飞青春梦想的内在基础。习近平总书记对立德树人做过许多重要的论述,系统阐述了立德树人的对象、内容和措施等。对习近平总书记关于立德树人,培养德智体美劳全面发展时代新人的论述进行研究,既能够全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚定社会主义办学方向,又能够为西部高校抓好立德树人工作,为西部大开发、民族大团结、边疆大发展提供源源不断的人才资源,促进西部的发展。Morality cultivation is General Secretary Xi Jinping’s overall requirement for colleges and universities in cultivating talents.It is the primary task of higher education and the time mission of it.And it is also the internal basis for college students to fly their dreams of youth.General Secretary Xi Jinping has made many important comments on morality cultivation,and has systematically expounded the object,content and measures of cultivating morality.A study of Xi Jinping’s discussion on cultivating morality and all-round ability in areas such as morals,intelligence,physical fitness,work and aesthetics has been done so as to fully implement the Party’s educational policy,to embody the socialist educational orientation,and to cultivate morality of the students in the western colleges and universities,which are the talent resources for the development of the western region,the unity of the ethnic groups and the development of the border areas of China.
