摘  要:本文通过微波消解进行样品前处理,以磷酸二氢铵为基体改进剂,在波长为283.3 nm处,以石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大米中微量铅.结果表明,样品中铅的含量为0.04792 mg·kg^-1,标准工作曲线相关系数为0.9994,检出限、定量限分别为0.02841 mg·kg^-1、0.08523 mg·kg^-1,精密度好、检出限低、准确度高、加标回收率在94.1%~97.8%,符合分析检测要求.In this paper,the sample was pretreated by microwave digestion,and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was used as the matrix modifier,the wavelength was 283.3 nm.The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the rice trace lead.The results showed that the content of lead in the sample is 0.04792 mg·kg^-1,the correlation coefficient of the standard working curve is 0.9994,the detection limit and the limit of quantification are 0.02841 mg·kg^-1 and 0.08523mg·kg^-1,respectively.The precision is good,the detection limit is low,accurate The degree is high,and the recovery rate of the standard addition is between 94.1%and 97.8%,which meets the requirements of analysis and testing.
