射频导纳液位计在炭素浸渍装置的应用

摘　　要：介绍了高压浸渍装置使用射频导纳液位计替代原有德国Feist-lncon浮指液位计的背景和选型使用的过程,并通过实例应用分析,得出射频导纳液位计可以在高压浸渍罐复杂的工作环境中使用,并且解决了因液位计故障造成的设备停机问题。The background and selection process of the replacement of the original German Feist-lncon float finger level gauge with RF admittance level meter in our company’s high-pressure impregnating asphalt device is introduced.And through analysis and device comparison with example,it is concluded that the RF admittance level meter can be used in the complex working environment of our company’s high-pressure immersion tank.Thus the equipment shutdown problem caused by the failure of the level gauge is solved.
