摘 要:自制秸秆表面处理剂,利用秸秆刨花板的生产原理制成芦苇秸秆板。根据性能指标分析,确定芦苇秸秆板较优的处理剂加量为40%、板材密度为0.75 g/cm^3、施胶量为14%、热压温度为180℃、热压时间为210 s。研究表明,使用该处理剂生产芦苇秸秆板,静曲强度为15.8 MPa、弹性模量为3600 MPa、内结合强度为0.43 MPa、表面结合强度为1.20 MPa、2 h吸水厚度膨胀率为3.6%、板面握钉力为1200 N,达到国家标准要求。同时,其甲醛释放量为0.014 mg/m3,达到E1级。Reed straw was treated with self-made treatment agent to produce reed straw panels based on the straw particleboard production principle.According to the analysis of performance indicators,it was determined that the optimal treatment amount of reed straw board was 40%,the optimal board density was 0.75g/cm^3,the optimal glue consumption was 14%,the optimal hot pressing temperature was 180℃and the optimal hot pressing time is 210 s.The results show that the performances(MOR:15.8 MPa,MOE:3600 MPa,internal bonding strength:0.43 MPa,surface bonding strength:1.20 MPa,2 h thickness swell ratio:3.6%,holding power of screws:1200 N)of the reed straw panel can meet the national standard.The formaldehyde emission of the panel was 0.014 mg/m^3,reaching level E1.
