摘  要:宜万铁路地质条件复杂,全线隧道众多,开通以来累积发生了多起水害断道,决定启动宜万铁路隧道病害的集中整治。根据宜万铁路隧道病害情况和运输特点,从施工工序、作业辅时、工期进度、组织难度分析指出整治施工必须要求具有大天窗条件。分别制定部分列车停运、单线封锁、运输组织调整等3种解决方案,从实施难度、运输影响、安全风险等角度进行评价和比选,阐述最后选择运输组织调整方案的原因、效果以及启示。Yichang-Wanzhou Railway has very complex geological conditions and many tunnels.Since the opening,it has been suffering from multiple water damages and traffic interruptions,so the decision of centralized repair of the railway tunnels was made.Based on the tunnel disease and features of the line,analysis and studies were carried out in terms of construction procedure,auxiliary operation time,construction schedule and feasibility,it’s pointed out that a large repair window must be provided for the treatment.Three solutions,including suspension of some trains,single track block and traffic organization adjustment,were prepared respectively.These solutions were evaluated and compared from feasibility,impact to traffic and safety risk,and the traffic organization adjustment solution was finally chosen.The paper also explains reasons,effects and enlightenment of the final selection.
