套扎与组织胶注射治疗胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较套扎治疗与组织胶注射治疗胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的效果。方法将50例胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者根据治疗方法的不同分为套扎组(37例)和组织胶组(13例)。以6周出血、死亡率作为主要观察终点、5 d治疗失败率作为次要观察终点。结果初次治疗后,两组6周出血率、死亡率及5 d治疗失败率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访结果显示,两组5 d治疗失败率、早期出血率和6周总死亡率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论套扎治疗在特定条件下可为胃底静脉曲张的治疗手段之一。Objective To compare of effects of ligation and tissue glue injection in treatment of rupture and bleeding of gastric fundus varices.Methods Fifty patients with rupture and bleeding of gastric fundus varices were divided into ligation group(37 cases)and tissue glue group(13 cases)according to different treatment methods.The 6-week bleeding rate and mortality was seted as the primary observation end point and the 5-day treatment failure rate was seted as the secondary observation end point.Results After first treatment,there were no significant differences in 6 weeks bleeding rate and mortality and the 5-day treatment failure rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Follow up results show that there were no significant differences in 5-day treatment failure rate,6-week early bleeding rate and total mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ligation treatment can be one of the treatment methods for gastric varices under specific conditions.
