摘  要:目的探讨基于转型冲击模型的情景模拟培训提高新入职护士岗位胜任能力的效果。方法按照随机数表法将我院2018年新入职的132名护士分为观察组(66名,实施基于转型冲击模型的情景模拟培训)与对照组(66名,实施常规培训),比较两组的培训效果。结果培训后,两组的身体、心理、知识和技能、社会文化与发展评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的个人特质、临床护理、人际沟通、批判性思维、专业建设与发展能力评分及总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的理论和操作评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理培训满意度高于对照组,1年内离职率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于转型冲击模型的情景模拟培训与传统的培训方法相比实现了理论与实践的高度结合,更能显著提高新护士的岗位胜任能力,降低转型冲击,提高新护士考核成绩及护理培训满意度,降低离职率。Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation training based on transformation shock model on improving post competence of new nurses.Methods According to the random number table method,132 newly recruited nurses in our hospital in 2018 were divided into the observation group(66 cases,implementing the scenario simulation training based on the transformation shock model)and the control group(66 cases,implementing theroutine training),and the training effects of the two groups were compared.Results After training,the scores of physical,psychological,knowledge and skills,social culture and development of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of personal traits,clinical nursing,interpersonal communication,critical thinking,professional construction and development ability and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of nursing training in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the turnover rate within one year was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional training methods,scenario simulation training based on the transformation shock model achieves a high degree of combination of theory and practice,which can significantly improve the post competence of new nurses,reduce the shock of transformation,improve the assessment scores and satisfaction with nursing training of new nurses,and reduce turnover rate.
