摘  要:随着高职院校扩招政策的提出,部分退役军人、下岗职工和农民工等社会人员进入高职院校学习。分析高职院校社会人员的主要特征和学习需求,阐述工匠精神的内涵及其在高职教育中的重要性,在提倡工匠精神和考虑高职院校社会人员实际情况的前提下进行教学管理模式的探索,为更好地将高职院校社会人员培养成国家需要的专业技术人才提供参考。With the policy of expanding enrollment in higher vocational colleges,some retired soldiers,laid-off workers,migrant workers and other social personnel enter higher vocational colleges for further study.This paper analyzes the main characteristics and learning needs of social personnel in higher vocational colleges,expounds the connotation of craftsman spirit and its importance in higher vocational education,explores the teaching management mode on the premise of advocating craftsman spirit and considering the actual situation of social personnel in higher vocational colleges,so as to provide reference for better training social personnel in higher vocational colleges into professional and technical personnel who are needed by the country.
